Math is the universal language that all of us can learn to employ, explore and enjoy. Sometimes we may get a little lost, but in time we will grow to find the answer. Struggle is progress.

I want my students to take learning into their own hands, learn from and reflect on their mistakes, and strive to do their best despite the difficulty of the task. This is my third year at Cameron College Prep, and I am a recent alumnus of the Teach for America program. I went to school here in Nashville at the University School before attending and graduating from the University of Chicago with a degree in Public Policy Studies.

When I'm not teaching, I like to DJ and ride my bike around Nashville. In addition to English, I speak French and Arabic, which sometimes comes in handy at CCP.

Beyond teaching math, I run the Geography Club and Government Club (GovClub). More information on these activities can be found in the sidebar on the right.
